COVID-19 Policy
Annie Tran - Living Health and Wellbeing is dedicated to high standards of infection control.
We ask that you:
-
Please delay appointments if you have returned from overseas travel. The recommended isolation time after your return is two weeks.
-
Please cancel your face-to-face appointment if you develop any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, runny nose, or shortness of breath, or if you have been in contact with someone suspected to have or diagnosed with COVID-19. Appointments can be rescheduled to Telehealth, where possible.
-
Hand sanitiser is available in the clinic waiting room. We ask that you use it on arrival and departure.

Our commitment to you:
-
We uphold hand hygiene and infection control practices in accordance with the protocols described by Hand Hygiene Australia and World Health Organisation (WHO).
-
We regularly wipe down our waiting room surfaces and chairs and reception area . This includes ETPOS terminals and pens. Please feel free to use your own pen if you prefer.
-
We will act accordingly to health alerts issued by the Australian and Queensland Governments in relation to COVID-19.
-
Pending government alerts, it is possible that we may need to postpone all sessions or home visits at short notice (or change these to Telehealth). If this occurs, we will notify you as promptly as possible.
-
We will wear masks if advised by Australian or Queensland Government.
