Occupational Therapy (OT) is about supporting people in their skills for everyday living. OT interventions can vary a lot according to one's needs. This could be in relation to any concerns, disabilities, injuries that may impact on one's life.

The main focus of OT is to support one's ability to function in everyday life, be it in the home, at school, work, or out in the community.

Annie offers people of all ages support to not only enhance functioning, skill development and confidence, but to enhance their quality of day-to-day living.
Annie brings more than a decade of experience in occupational therapy and has worked in occupational rehabilitation, mental health and community development for the government, non-government and private sectors across metropolitan, rural and remote areas.
